The Katowice Business University, the Poznań University of Economics and Business, and the University of Warsaw invite scholars to participate in the 3rd International Scientific Conference “Digital Horizons”, organized alongside the 26th Congress of Public Relations Professionals, entitled: “Crisis, Dialogue, Transformation: Strategic Communication as the Foundation of Organizational Resilience in the Age of Digitalization.”
The conference provides an interdisciplinary forum for reflection on the role of strategic communication in building organizational resilience in the context of algorithmization of management processes and overlapping transformational crises.
We invite submissions of papers and presentations in, but not limited to, the following areas: crisis communication and digital resilience, stakeholder dialogue and organizational communities, organizational culture in the age of algorithmization, reputation management and the “High-Tech, High-Touch” model, narrative Resilience and digital employer branding
Selected papers presented at the conference may be published in: Scientific Journals: Zeszyty Naukowe AG (70 points MEiN), A peer-reviewed monograph published by the Katowice Business University (20 points MEiN), Media Studies (Studia Medioznawcze) (40 points MEiN). Qualification for publication is based on two independent peer reviews and the decision of the Conference Scientific Committee.
Publication Guarantee in 2026. Articles submitted prior to the conference that receive two positive peer reviews are guaranteed publication in 2026 in the Scientific Journals of the Upper Silesian Academy, subject to successful completion of the peer-review process.
