On 2 February 2024 meeting of the PUE Management Board and Supervisory Board appointed Members of the Council of the Centre for Education and Scientific Excellence, which included : Professor Wiesław Banyś, Professor Krzysztof Diks, Professor Włodzisław Duch, Professor Tomasz Giaro, Professor Bogdan Góralczyk, Professor Hubert Izdebski, Professor Maria Kruk-Jarosz, Professor Jerzy Lis, Professor Stanisław Mocek, Professor Joanna Moczydłowska, Professor Adam Olejniczak, Professor Jacek Popiel, Professor Tomas Szapiro, Professor Gertruda Uścińska Professor Krzysztof Zaremba.

On the same day under the chairmanship of Professor Zbigniew Marciniak, a ceremonial inaugural meeting of the Council of the Centre for Education and Scientific Excellence (CDDiN) of the Polish Educational Union was held.
